She is in her element when it comes to start-ups: Dr. Anna Christmann (Member of the German Bundestag, Federal Government Coordinator of German Aerospace Policy and Commissioner of BMWK for the Digital Economy and Start-ups) and MinDir’in Christina Decker (Head of the Digital and Innovation Policy Department of the BMWK) used their visit to PTB in Braunschweig to find out more about technology transfer and spin-offs. We then welcomed the experts to the high-tech incubator of the QVLS cluster4future.
Together, we visited the state-of-the-artdeep-tech laboratories in the historic Rolleiwerke Braunschweig, which were opened in April and made possible by the funding from the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Lower Saxony. Two of our innovative start-ups were able to present their projects for the future of quantum technology: Both MKFS electronics and QUDORA Technologies are developing hardware that is fuelling the emerging innovation ecosystem in quantum technology. Not only our guests benefited from this exchange, but the start-ups were also enthusiastic about the interest shown. We would like to thank them for their visit and the exciting discussions.
